Here is the response.
This user created accounts with paypal payments.
Then asked for a payout of the 60%.
We paid twice as you can see.
The third time they asked a payment we denied. Do you know why?
Because we had already found out that ALL of his/her referrals asked for a refund from paypal.
All of them had purchased 2-4 accounts each. Do you know any normal user that buys 4 accounts of 35€???

This user is simply a fraud. Username on filemates is abele1504
Look the emails of his/her referrals:
jcyuouglitntkaga, jcyuouglitntkaga@yahoo.com - 2 payments of 8€ and 20€ (the second 1 minute after the first one)
udduxaixndpmxavv, udduxaixndpmxavv@yahoo.com - 2 payments of 15€ and 20€ (the second 2 minutes after the first one)
wnefaaqyb, wnefaaqyb@yahoo.com- 2 payments of 35€ each (the second 2 minutes and 50 seconds after the first one)

and many more...

I hope you will believe in me and not this fraud user.

The fact that nobody, never has complaint about payments, I hope will help you see who tells the truth here...

My friend this url is not filemates... is fileswap... Please check better.

When we create a dispute to a user it is only because we are sure it is fraud. And this happened until now only 2 times. 1 in the past and 1 now with lol2012

Ofcourse we had more frauds but we detected them immediately so we lost too little money and we didn't open a dispute.

In the link you say above though is not FileMATES... see better!

Benefit of the doubt goes to Filesmates. One chargeback is reasonable, but 4 is most likely a scam.

See the similar email addresses ... all fabricated for the purchase of the accounts.

Now we might understand Turbobit which has an hold of 45 days.
