What i could do is to restrict access to premium users only to contact you. This way you may respond to users that brought you sales and not to anyone. But i can not restict access according to your choice as nobody would accept users to contact him. Everybody would like to upload and then give no help.
But i find it ethically correct to help those that brought you sales and answer them any question like damaged file, lost password or any other issue. Don't you think so?

I would also like to ask the community to report me any issue you meet with the new open servers. I find them quite stable and work properly but i would like to know your thoughts about stability and speeds if you meet problems...

Having the Message Center limited to Premium Users is an excellent idea. By all means, proceed.

normally i should cry if see this here, this is no longer a support thread this is more looking like a sect and FMate is your leader and the crowd is kissing his ass ...
criticism i not really welcome and will not ansered, just ignored except AFTER its solved way later there u will get mabe a reply. Need a prove?: just browse a few pages here! Ppl who pointing something are not aware that someone is taking care at this moment about something if there's not an instant feedback, just a hint to Mate: you dont need to answer to everyone, simply klick the like button that ppl can see you already read it and that you aware of an pointed issue. , its amazing to see how Mate was wasting this time with that pedo poster instead solving it privately and taking care about the important things.
reg sales: 3-6 a day even if i no longer update my files there on FM
it could be 5-10 a day but its impossible with that service.

of course i do my best to answer you here too... but please let me know what is the problem?

Your last response was on page 236 complaining again. You had told you would not bother again. If you do not like the service why are you doing so? Also, you were against the direct downloads disable. I heard you and although leechers can do their job easier i reacted enabling the direct downloads as you asked.
Ansley above asked a solution about the messaging center and gave a solution in less than 2 hours restricting to premium only.
Where do you see no reaction or problem solving inactivity? Please be a bit more fair with your comments...

)And here I was thinking that pedophilia was an important issue... with it being immoral, illegal, and all that. Mates did what most hosts do not. He removed the CP. Lumfile openly allowed it not long ago, and it speaks volumes about the type of people they are.
