Got this morning an angry mail from a user that he is already trying for days to buy premium and that FM support does not react X-(

On the other hand, I do have a sale (probbly rebill) today, so it looks that it works for some
 
we have problem with posonline... their payment page is not working... maybe they have technical problems... i have contacted them to see what happened...

now payment is processed with ikoruna ;)

Please, change CZK to US Dollars.

1. And, if we may ask, what is the "problem" that Filemates is having with PosOnline?

2. Will you be going back to PosOnline?

Avangate !!

I've had, in the past, excellent sales via Avangate.

However, Mates might not like the "percentages".

I still don't understand what the exact problem with PosOnline is.

Sales during the past 24 hours were being generated and credited.

Filemates, if the iKoruna issue is not solved promptly, you can expect exodus of your affiliates. What is happening now really do affect business!
 
guys POSonline is i maintenance mode filemates did not do anything he moved into another payment system coz posonline is unavailable it's there mistake not his it's like your users asking u why u left host while this host is already dead what can he do when a system decide to go to maintenance without letting him know ???
 
anyone getting sales? my stats totally feeezed...even the referrals accounts wich i used to get about 20 per day...hope this will get fixed soon because filemates is a very good host and i dont want to give up on them...
 
Guys iKoruna works fine as well... users have no problem and buy accounts... we have almost no loss today ;)

posonline will come back soon when they have new contracts with their bank as they had many chargeback issues (not with us... with all the network of sites they accepted... filemates has low refund and chargeback rate thanx to my antifraud system that blocks fraudalent affiliates)

about other payment options, i will see if it is ok to put cashU and paymentwall... cashu i used it in the past but it didn't have success..

anyway, do not panic and keep the good work ;)
