sms is not good, cause people get 1 day account and we earn nothing from SMS sales.
So it is my mistake because I could download almost 100 Gb while officially you put a limit of 40 Gb/day for premium users to avoid leechers? You blame me because your system doesn't work ?

If you want to investigate if I'm a leecher, just ask me what happened. Don't block my account please. Most leechers don't generate sales anyway.
So, why I suddenly downloaded so much ?
Easy, I made a backup. Unfortunately, I was interrupted when I reached 99 Gb
With all the troubles I had with previous hosts, I can recommend everyone to keep at least one. Now I'm even more convinced)
Please also don't accuse me to be dramatic. If you block someone's account, you might expect that he warns other users.
The limit is 40GB... Sometimes, leechers bypass it and that's why we check download limits every day to block immediately possible leechers.
That's why your account had been blocked. To check out the issue. No file has been deleted as we weren't sure.
Your account has been active again since few hours ago after your explanations.
Also as you can see, we didn't reject any payout... SO the goal was not to not pay you... The goal was to protect the rest of the uploaders.
So, you can go on if you like with your account...
Honestly, I did not use any trick to bypass it, I just remoted my own files to another FM account, just to have a backup in case one of your disks crashed (happened already 2 times with other hosts - lost many files...) And I DID send you a PM in July to tell you that it is possible, you just didn't do anything with it.
Be careful with blocking people... As far as I know, the only ones who are blocked here are people who upload very illegal material and those who tried to cheat the system - you can imagine that this morning when I found out I was not happy to be associated with these 2 categories :'(
If you see something suspicious, do a serious investigation. And warn the owner of the account. I did not receive any mail from you even after the account was blocked, despite I signed up for a 6 months premium in May. You can not blame someone who buys 6 months premium for downloading 100 Gb. In fact, I think half of my users do it, they buy one month premium, download what they like and go away
Of course, if you knew this was my account, you would probably not have blocked it.
But you should have seen that :
- the account belongs to an uploader
- it generates sales
- it is a six month account created in May with very few downloads in the past
- the 100 Gb were all remoted to another FM account
So I really don't think I have the profile of a leecher =)
The funny thing is that in reality I'm the one to blame, thanks to this post of mine, the whole leecher story on FM started. Should have contacted you before to ask immunity, I suppose
)BTW : I have no intention to run away to another host, this was an unfortunate incident which should never have happened. I use FM for 5 months now, and was always happy. So for me, this case is closed.

Sometimes, leechers bypass it, change your coders, if you can encode it, nobody can bypass a real good protection.

sent youa a PM with a leeching website...hope you will check it out...becouse of those websites we all lose money...
BUT be sure you stay premium and be re-billed/re-payed with in the 15 days or else all your files will be deleted (the ones that have not been downloaded for 15 days.
So if a file has not been download for 15 days and today your premium runs out (forgot to rebill/repay) the file WILL BE DELETED the next day, NOT after an addiotional 15 days.

Please Filemates, accept some alternative ways for buying a premium accounts ( webmoney, payza, CashU ... etc ), I lose expected sales every single day because most of my downloaders don't have credit cards ! :facepalm:
Especially ( CashU ) as I said before, and the other ways of paying that doesn't requires a bank account.
