But of the few files which you have deleted

I still need to know exactly which files have been deleted.

Sometimes, you might delete a file accidentally or some random internet surfer

might claim that the file violates their copyrights or for some other reason.

It might very well be that the concerned (deleted) file(s) are only my vacation videos off the coast of Tahiti.

Only last year, one big oron uploader by the pseudo "Shinkuma" had hundreds of his files deleted. When he inquired from oron support why his files were being deleted, he was informed that he had been posting ch*ld p*rn.

Shinkuma provided oron support with samples of the purported ch*ld p*rn vids. And off course the videos had nothing to do with ch*ld p*rn.

It turned out that the guy reporting the videos was posting in the same category as Shinkuma i.e. he was Shinkuma's competition and his sole motive was to squash Shinkuma with this dubious technique.

Of course, oron blocked all further reports from the guy's ip but the damage had already been done and Shinkuma had to spend weeks reposting his links.

These kind of cases are commonplace in the filesharing community

Hence it is absolutely necessary that uploaders know which of their files have been deleted.

That way, if a ton of my files to which i have legitimate claims have been deleted, I can contact you and sort things out before the situation further deteriorates.

Besides this is not some exceptional request. All respectable filehosts inform their uploaders which of their files have been deleted if they ever delete any files at all.

Filesonic used to inform uploaders via email.
Oron has an information panel in filesmanager where they list deleted files.


In conclusion, please implement a feature in which uploaders are informed of their files which have been deleted.

I just wanted to tell you that I thought I had already answered your question. Maybe there has been a posting error and you didn't receive the response. Sorry for that.

As you see in the forum we always respond to the questions and through email almost always (say "almost always" as many questions are just about how the page function and this is something the user must discover himself... imagine if facebook or any other user-based web site should personally give manuals of use... it would be just impossible).

So, I repeat that we will implement this feature soon in the "my account" section so that you can see a list of your delete files.

For the moment, there is no such feature. We eliminate the copyrighted reported content when the report is complete and formally correct :(

So in order to give you the best, we will add the feature you requested soon ;)

40% is just a typing error... sorry!!!

It is always 60% and from rebills as well ;)
In addition if you earn the minimum amount described you can request an additional bonus of 10%
 
Today we deleted many files of child pornography. We banned the accounts of users uploading files of this type on our servers.

They had uploaded videos with 12-14 yo children having sex or getting violated. At least there haven't been many download. Only very few ones...

How do you dare using our service for this type of discusting and horrible action?

We will not permit it!!! X-(

filemates, they are everywhere, they upload files to rdp and share the accounts.
And RDP owners are strict rules about it and send info the releated authorities with
all payment and ip info. I understand you.

In any case as you have seen, even during these 7 last days that we have had these serious problems we paid everyone... :sun:

We are not another host... We are a serious and responsible host :D

I aknowledge that yet we have to get improved... Our speeds have yet to get higher... BUT we respect uploaders and we PAY ;)

Any other host would have said "We have problems with paypal and we will be late with our payments 1-2 weeks"

We didn't... ;) We paid in 1-2 days. Too much stress but we did it!

Are you talking about the child porn uploaders? They are discusting... It is incredible. When I, personally, saw the images (thumbnails) of the videos uploaded I banned them in seconds X-( How can people use this kind of content to earn money??? Really sad!!!
 
That's how the humanity has grown up...sick bitches , just happy that not everyone is so..

1) I am happy that this is a minority, too. If not, we would have become a jungle ;)
Everyone has the right to live his life as he likes BUT with the absolute permission of the other part... a child, a dead, an animal or any other kind of abnormal "sex partner" that can't express his will and give his permission IS SICK and WILL NEVER BE PERMITTED BY US!

2) We can not limit 150MB... Even 200MB is low enough. If we put it lower we will get banned from big forums and this would destroy us.
We may add the feature to select if a file is premium only or not but later this year... For the moment the limit is 200MB :(

Now few words about FileMates
As I said, Paypal has totally unblocked our account. We are really happy to have solved this BIG problem...
I wanted to mention that EVEN DURING THIS BAD PERIOD we excuted ALL payments ON TIME (maybe not in 1 day but maximum 2 days) and this is a PROOF that we are not joking here. We are not spam and we take it very seriously.

We want to grow and offer the best service.

We will add new servers and we will add requested features soon ;)

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO DO THIS. I, PERSONALLY, HOPE YOU WILL DO THIS!!!
