Your PPD rates stink, too low for medium files, 5 years ago norm was $15/1k dl for file over 100MB, in Uploaded it is €40/1k, $7 is too low. Also filesize between 51-99 MB are not counted in PPD.
Many countries like France, Belgium or Italy should be in group A.
And finally you shouldn't launch and advertise an incomplete service, PPD/PPV still not active, many bugs in uploading, your PPD table here is in $$ while you seem to pay in €€ (you will give us a very low, much below market rates conversion rates between $-€)...

You do know really anything over 10 euros per 1000 no host will make any money on.
First and for most this thread is support.
PPS is active and PPD is not yet active it will be,but we need to work with our advertisers to get the right prices per country.
Belgium,france,italy are simply not A Group countrys as it goes on the best consumer markets as you know,its not what we would like it to be.
Our thread will be updated soon to reflect we pay out in euros.
Now people paying 40 euros per 1000 downloads or views tell me this how many times have they had to shut down or there PPD was playing up and people had low counts and the numbers are not stacking up.
Simple they use the fact that 40 euros per 1000 and people will flock to it but you will never ever get that amount no one could afford to payout that amount its just plan crazy and a silly business plan.
Our rates will change for groups depending on demand for that country.
If i could i would have all of europe in group A but in the real world that will never happen un-less there is a demand for that country.
Before we start PPD/PPV we want to cross and dot all our Ts first and not rush into anything,we have plenty of time.
Please note our system goes from 1 - 250MB as the lowest and then up from there.

To not rush things don't advertise something that is not operational yet. As for the filesizes, here is the PPD table from your first post

From 1 to 250 MB there are 3 chunks, 1-10 MB, 10-50 MB and 100-250 MB.
50-100 is missing and they are not in single chunk 1-250 MB as you said in your message. Also YOUR PPD IS STILL NOT OPERATIONAL SO WE CAN NOT REFER TO THE AFFILIATE PAGE OF THE SITE.

But we have stated in the thread PPD is NOT active as of yet.
PPS user get 10 euros added to your account for free you must have a active account just submit a support email to get your 10 euros.
