Chugi - I assume your problem is related to the blocked servers, there is nothing we can do to correct this as it is out of our hands. If there is something else that has concerned you feel free to private message me.

forhad725 - I have stated multiple times throughout this thread that our remote servers, some not all but yes some are blocked by FILESONIC. This is not an issue we can fix. They have blocked our servers which cause some files to fail when you use the remote upload option. There is nothing I can do to resolve this problem.
 
phate89 - It is not a claim to deceive users. The speeds you get are what your connection is allowing from our servers at that specific moment in time. We cannot fix any routing issues that are occurring that may cause slower speeds for people throughout any given time period, this is not in our hands. I am sure that if you are patient you will notice better speeds but for now we are doing everything we can to provide the best speeds possible.

it's not rerouting speed problem... i tried from my u.s. server... 35 kbps tops...

I have yet to tackle the issue you are talking about here.

The main reasons are:

The PM I sent you and never got a reply to, and the download counter is simply not working (for a fact) :)

Chugi - What timer are you referring to? Download wait for free users? Or the download count for your files being downloaded? I never received a message from you so just resend it and i'll happily reply.
 
filejungle, plz change file names format to "A B C" instead of "A_B_C" -> it will be more convenience when manager or create mirror links from other files host
 
hd1026 - Spaces in filenames? I don't see that working too well, there are reasons we use _ within filesnames its not so that things look less aesthetically pleasing.

basket - Did you receive your email? Or you are stating that you have been waiting 5 hours and yet no email has been received?

when I tried to RU from Rapidshare, I got this message:
Failure. URL(s) you have inserted was invalid

That means RU from RS does not work please fix it.
