My stats still remain unsatisfactory..

I have noticed this strange thing:-
I posted one file on my blog which got 150 downloads within 6 hours of posting it.... but when I checked now after 20 hours ( 6 + 14 hours) the download count still remains at 150...

I was expecting definite sale for this file as it was rare n unseen.

Did any one had similar experience with your uploaded files?

True is that i do not really follow much the download count of one single file, i observe more the total of a day.
For this reason i can not say it happen to me same.

What i am wondering about your stats is that you are almost not having premium downloads.
In my case i have between 30-50% premium dl's from the whole amount.
May you should think about to set up some limitations for free dl. It would help you gaining more sales for sure.

FJ converts a file to premium only after a certain number of downloads.

Agreed, but that file still not set to premium and is available for free download.. . Now after more than 30 hours.. I can see the download count increased just by 1.
( Now total download for that file shows 151 .. so strange never seen with any other filehost)

Added after 4 Hours 24 minutes:

getting error frequently today :
[h=1]Software error:[/h] Can't connect to Mysql server. at Modules/DataBase.pm line 28.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (info@jokerfile.net), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Got a problem here, all my files were deleted. I send message about that to filejoker support but they said that my account was used by only by my IP, its not possible cause I use as well rdp and zoom uploader (never before had any problems with them). Any ideas how someone could hack my account and delete all my files?

I think there is nothing more I can do beside change my password and use web upload or ftp

I will stop using zoom and changed my passwords, hope it will help. Is it possible to upload via web upload more than one file at once? Always when I check more than one file I can stll upload just one, the first (.part1)

It's take ages for files to show in my account (especcialy biger files). I use Filezilla

Why it's apear in referrer page some forums where I didn't posted these links..? I just poseted my links..and I see I have some false referrers..on that pages I didn't find my links..

I have a 2 sales one on 2nd and one on 3rd both are and i got $ 16 for each sale ,but today morning when i check my balance i donot see the sale which happened on 2nd .and even my balance has got reduced.not sure why this people keep cheating everyone saying some stories.Even i was not able to change my account back to PPD from sales .i changed the status 45 days back ago.as per the rules we will have option to change it after 14 days but i was not able to change.the same thing i asked filejoker in skype .he said he will check with technical team on this.but daily the same reply he give ,we are not able to check ane more over he talks only about sales .he is least bother to check and solve the issue .i will wait and see if he solves both my issue .else time to say good bye .

You have refund. Since they implement new billing system, i have refund every few days, but sales are much better. You can't beleve how much users buy something on web with stolen CC. If you just google, you will find stolen CC numbers under 10$.
