Hey there,
can you double check again in the system? we do meet some problem when we first launch, but after fixing it,
I add all your earnings back into your account no matter which group ip it is, for the missing downloads earnings, we all count it to follow group 1 which is $5/1000 downloads.
kindly double check again first, and give comment.
If you say I am shaving, can give any evidence for it, I will give out 10 usd for anyone who put it out here.

I sincerely apologize for yesterday's server down, It was ok in most of the countries, but few still can not access for long time, we also receive the report from programmer monitoring.
Next time we will definetely be more careful and update everything in time.
for your earlier question,
1. After receive from you about the speed, we set up the ftp asap in 24 hours, now you can use your account username/password to ftp to server for uploading, it's faster and easier.
2. For the template, now is fully updated in my report page, you can go and check it out.
3. For download file size, now it's also set to 2GB, kindly check.
