Filehosts with IDMAN support (for free users)

hi guys,
i planned to ban filehosts in site which doesn't support IDMAN for free users because

free user -> wait for time -> captcha -> after clicking download (it doesn't start and show error) because most users installed IDMAN as default and adding each filehost for exception is big task, so i planned to ban them all

Filehosts support IDMAN:
Ryushare (support resume too)
netload.in

Rapidshare
mediafire
Jumbofiles
Zippyshare
4shared

Sites doesn't support IDMAN (but start download in normal browser - it doesn't irritate users)
Rapidgator


Filehosts doesn't support IDMAN nor start in normal browser (show error): (already banned, and i won't use too)
Extabit
Bitshare
share-online.biz

so please list sites that support/not support IDMAN for free user

letitbit/shareflare is not a good host to add in my site, mostly it ask for some malware to install for download

what is difference between IDM who download with 1 connection and web browser download .
because some filehost allow IDM but only 1 connection and don`t support pause option.
Some filehosts work fine for IDM but don`t support other managers - DAP , ORBIT , FDM , FlashGot etc.
