Filehosts who pay per dl?

I know most filehosts pay for for each dl from a 'free' user, but only paying for 1 dl from a 'premium' user every 24 hours sucks.

I don't mind a reduced payout, but are there any hosts who pay for each dl? (like hotfile)?

Netload pay 1 dl for every download, even if you´re premium users (Other hosts count 24H/1point for premiums)

i think 10upload.com do that and count dl from free users or premium

but not in the same file , that mean if you upload 10 files and users download all your 10files it will count all download but if user try to download the same file twice in 24H it will count 1dl only

I cant find anything about multiple dl's from premium users on 10uploads site, but it looks to me very much like some other '$35 per 1000dls' sites - I'm not expecting too much

Netload works out at a flat $5 per 1000 dl's - i'll investigate there further.
