Please consider Modifying the 1DL/PremiumUser/24Hours rule 8-)

For those who don' know yet :

If a Premium User Downloads 100 of Your Files in 24 Hours - You are Credited Only 1 Point :S

I suppose this rule was created to prevent leechers from downloading their own files using Rapidleech / VPS /...etc

# 1DL/PremiumUser/1Hour is more reasonable : We can atleast get up to 24 points from a premium user per day.

+ Most likely 1-3 more coz i don't think a premium user will be downloading our files 24/7

OR

# Count a Maximium of 10-20 Downloads From Same Premium User / Day

+ Even if a Premium User downloads 100 Files - count up to 10-20 Downloads atleast

OR

#No Limits - All Downloads Counted

+ Best For Uploaders But Less Likely To Happen

Any Of These Options would be a better avenue & more likely to encourage uploaders

Actually megaupload is the worst host for rewards as they dont count 95% of your downloads.

and i dont think there will be a change in rule. Not yet at least. As most of the downloaders of these websites are free users and all these hosts are not charity. They are a profit making business and doing any of the above will result in losses for them.

You forgot about abuser.
If premium download count more than once per hour, for sure;
-Dump will try to abuse the reward system
-Filehost provider have a hard time(or impossible) to track those abuser (waste of human resources)
-The dump/idiot raise up unnecessary complain about premium account get disable/delete
