When the time for your payout comes... I'll look into it then. it wont be possible to pay in euros as far as I know. I can only pay in USD in paypal. I'll have to check but thats when the time for payout comes.

Yes they low them very very much.0.25 dollars in 1000 downloads
We increased price for 1001 MB & Upwards.
We will be increasing payout for Group A now. Group C countries do not earn anything from the ad networks and it is difficult to keep paying the old rate to you guys. So it better to lower rates THAN keep the old rate and not be able to pay you guys. Always remember that we will pay everyone as we have always done.

Traffic from India/Taiwan is useless for us and that is why rate was reduced for Group C.
We will be increasing payout for Group A now. Group C countries do not earn anything from the ad networks and it is difficult to keep paying the old rate to you guys. Group C is not only India/Taiwan.
Today i have 1651 / $1.9294 way too low.
When i started i had 1839 / $3.2085
In conclusion in a total of 20 days my stats are 63384 / $106.457 so its an average of 1.6$ at 1000 downloads.And again these stats are when you have the rates at medium rates.Now with $5.00 at Group A and $3.00 at Group B and $0.25 at Group C the average will be under 1 dollar at 1000 downloads.Nobody upload files over 1000mb.Better reduce the rates in the files over 1000mb or 100mb and increase the rates for 0-100mb files.
And Finally when the 106$ will send to my paypal the paypal will keep 6-7 dollars and in the convert 100dollars in euro the paypal keep also a 4.3% from the money.So the 106 dollars will be 95 dollars.

I appreciate your response. All I can say in response is that i m looking to increase Group A payout for 100-1000MB files... increase it from $5 to $6 or even $7.
I can do that now if everyone agrees.
But Group C countries do not pay at all. Do you know that we get like less than $0.02/1000 for Group C countries. And I m still trying to pay $0.25/1000.
The fact is that I can bring the rates to the original rates BUT would you like it if I make a loss and then when you request payout and I m unable to pay you...? If you would prefer that then that is fine.
I, for one, would NOT prefer to be unable to pay my member users for any reason. I want to pay as soon as any honest member requests a payout.

You can keep the Group C for 0-100mb files to 0.25 is ok but you must increase the rates for Group A,B for 0-100mb files.The honored members in the filedownloads are most users that upload 0-100mb files and not more.So the increased rates for files bigger than 100mb not care anyone.
wodeaigsq,danielc29 and me are members that upload only Android applications so no one file are over 100mb.I think we all will be good if the rates are like:
Group A=7$ Group B=5$ and Group C= 0.25$
So we maybe lose many money from the Group C but it will keep balance from Group A and B.From the Group A,B the earn money are a lot for you i think because the ads pay a lot so a little more increase to these countries will be ok.Today when i see the rates i just dont want to upload anymore because we all make a really hard work on this and to earn nothing for this is not good and nobody like it.Just my opinion in the situation
What about ....
Open a new group D, with:
India / Taiwan / some other countries that do not profit by paying 1 $
And other countries that remain in group C, which has a chance, pay 3 $
You spend less in group D, and encourages the (new) group C, to work more with fileupload.
I know it's a different point of view, of what is being discussed.
It's just a suggestion ...
