filehoster was apparently suspended its domain by DMCA look here http://www.google.com/transparencyreport/removals/copyright/domains/filedownloads.org/

already is ok

Uploaded or Rapidgator are getting 30.000 complains per week while FileDownloads around 20, so probaly it has nothing relation with this outage

Server had an issue. Site should be back and all downloads should be working now. let me know if there is still an issue
