File Transfer

Ok, i am in the prosses of making a tutorial site, but i will need to transfer flv videos of up to about 30mb from a computer in say the USA to Mine in spain

what would be the easyist way to do this? as i know an email proberly wouldnt allow this..is there a php script to allow them, with a password upload to my site? and dose anyone know if this is alowed for a Shared hosing plan with OffShoreHostingSolutions

Usually no Shared hosting allows SSH which would make this a lot easier..I don't know of any premade scripts though off the top of my head that can do this.

it dosent matter now, i set up an FTP account for them :]
