File sharing sites, that pays and has no down time?

I'm looking for a file sharing site that has little to no down time in between downloads.

I am enjoying FileSonic's 'make money' program, but the problem is users are complaining about the 15-30 minute wait time in between downloads.

The ideal file sharing site I'm looking for is FileSonics money program and megauploads download waits.

New to the site, hope someone can help. Thanks!
