It's not from our side, Cloudflare has a problem, it will be stable soon

Where did you register the domain? Your problem is from there, and I can't ping your domain at all, but when I add the direct IP in the Windows host, the site opens. There is definitely a problem with your DNS and you should try to fix it as soon as possible, otherwise your site will not open for anyone else until tomorrow, and even now, if someone can still open your site through the domain address, it is because of the cache. And in the next few hours, this cache will disappear completely for everyone

If it is not OK in a few hours, we will be transferred to https://www.cloudns.net
 
It is still possible to contact you via browser after 10-20 attempts (via international DNS).
You can no longer be reached via FTP because of the DNS you don't have.
And downloading to you takes me at least 6 hours.
Are you kidding me?

Uploading via http doesn't work either (ends in an error).
Bottom line: I physically will not have time to upload even when you turn on the site (since FTP can upload 1 file in 1 second, 2 or more files at once you do not work (cyclically there will be an error and for hours will be the same file to upload)))

Update your FTP software (so that 10 files can be downloaded from you at once)
