Most hostings are giving 30 kbps for free users and there is nitroflare for example with 18 kbps.
And when the stable users are buying premium anyway why do you need the other users in the first place? And why would anyone give them high dl speed?
I don't care about free users speed, all my files are "premium only", im not working for free .

freespeed is high. should be max 50kb/s

This is the default download speed on all hosts.
