2. Now about the news ticker first of all it should stop when mouseover second make it clickable third slow down the speed it personally i hate these give headache to me

3. when posting images use some boders it will make them look gud & clean

News ticker is a bit annoying. Further the template looks good, maybe get a logo as suggested before. And remove ''MechoDDL'' from your friends list, their website is gone
