for eg-

i m frnds wid A, bt not wid B..so, m unknown wid B
so, whn B opens A's account, he'l see all d frnds of A, bt i dont wanna b seen in A's frnd list to B

oh yes, u can't, but you can set all of your information (including wall post, pic, birthday, contact etc) in private=friends only. Even B enter in your profile, B just see your profile pic ONLY.
