Facebook APP Developer Settings ?

How do I navigate to my facebook APP developer settings page ?
It seems no matter what I do I can not find the settings page for my actual APP.. I just end up at the crappy app page in my personal user page or the admin page of my "pages".. Where are the developer admin settings ?

I have already created an APP.. I just cant navigate to the settings page in order to change the URL.. HELPP

Click APPS at the top, then your app on the left, click edit settings.

Add your URL, then site url in Website with Facebook Login etc
