The MYSQL connection limit is around 60 I believe. It is the same for everyone since it is on a shared server. We cannot increase this number on request.

do your webhost limit the mysql query to 75K/hour/id?
if not limited, that pm me for the package that you have for it, i'm looking for one...

We don't limit at 75k but if MySQL usage hits a certain peak we will automatically limit the db that is using it.

As any shared host we don't allow anyone to over use resources, but we will work with you to make sure you can use our service.

As for a package any will do and if we see something which is what i said above then we will help you to figure out a solution.

The websites are fine. But there was a problem with the databases. Our old system administrator (loonygb2) went and deleted all the databases. But all of your files should be fine. All sites should be up, if not contact our phone and we will try our best to sort it out.

We do advise that you take regular backups, if you have a backup that you would like us to restore please phone us or email admin@extrohosting.com

that means, you have no problem about the lost databases!

I request admin to remove all extrohosting related stuffs
