Extabit or Bitshare for PPD Plan ??

I am confused between these two hosts. If anyone has used both the two hosts, then please tell me the advantages and the disadvantages of using these two hosts and on the whole which one is better for PPD plan among these two hosts.

Bitshare has better speeds for free users and pay not too bad. Extabit plain sucks for everyone imo.
