What's up with the different Premium types?

What are the limits for the Period 1 month plan? Unlimited downloands? Makes no sense, because the Downloads plan of 60 downloads is the same price. WTF?

how doesnt it make sense?

if you want unlimited downloads you pay $12.99 and it lasts 30 days.
if you don't think you download that much, buy 60 downloads for $12.99 and it lasts until you have downloaded 60 files. Which could be done over 2 years if you wanted to.
