exchanging webmoney to algerian dinars !

hello guys i live in algeria
i used to exchange wmz & wme with dzcarte but now they are gone & not working anymore
how can i exchange them ( djelfa ) they need verification but i cannot get it because i upload warez & they do not agree to that.
any other easy exchanger i can use ?

i always exchange in djelfa uploading money or other just write for the money source transfer from a friend or something other than uploaded.net..
