Other Europe based RDP for Encoding

Hello,
i need a RDP for encoding Videos:
Europe based server ( UK or Germany is my favourite)
CPU: Good CPU for encoding
Memory: min. 1500 MB
Disk Space: min. 20 GB
1 GBit/s port would be nice, but 100Mbit/s is also ok
Admin Rights would be also nice
Budget: max 70 $

Hey how about UK, USA or Swiss Location ? Buying a mega server for encoding needs as well in one of those countries so if you wanna join us we will buy a Dual CPU server ( 2 x 4 x 2.66 GHz )

UK would be nice, it´s best server location then i would join.

I see, btw you preferring it for RS speeds or what reason ? :S

I use europe based hoster, and with UK you have nice speed to europe, but also to USA.
