Yes, we allow RapidLeech. Our servers are based in Frankfurt, Germany but the IP WHOIS details are set to our UK offices :)
 
Unfortunately we do not offer trial accounts, you can find a speedtest file at http://93.127.227.12/100mb.tgz.

We're a real UK company with real staff, although perhaps a little bit odd to mention, it's surprising how many "hosting providers" do not even operate legally. In our case, we are an authentic, real, limited company registered with the Companies House of England and Wales, with an active business license. We of course also pay our taxes accordingly. In other words, urgentVPS is a company here for the long run! :)
