Im in for 450 if all else fails for you hit me up .
650$ a price is too high. not more than 100$ it deserve. all earnings are shown are of 1 month . didn't checked the domain but seems like its quite a new site . hence not much indexed into google and domain value quite less.
my suggestion would be keep it for 2-3 months increase traffic and earning and then hit the marketplace
its barely generating any revenue compared to its price . it will take many months to recover its price alone
