Eset Blocking Counter Strike Server How To Fix It?

i just setup up cs server everything is alright but eset creating problem any one know how to fix it?

Delete Eset and Install Avast Simple.

I have faced the same problem, just go to your main ESET Control Panel and switch the view to Advanced.
Then click on Firewall Exceptions and add HLTV.exe

Your server will now start to work
