Hello
I've created some custom page
I'm getting following error

ERROR on BODY

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File:  /home/yaseenwa/public_html/PrivacyPolicy.php
Line: 1

However if i login to vbulletin forum and then access PrivacyPolicy.php, it works perfect. But as a guest it gives me above error.
I also wanna allow guests on PrivacyPolicy.php
