I discovered this site a few months ago and though this might help you'll as well:

Episode-alert.com

You create an account
Login and search for the TV shows you wish to monitor
Select follow

That's it. Whenever a new episode is released, you receive an email stating the TV Series, episode name and number.
And the site has huge database of the TV Shows, so it's certainly worth a look.

Its not a warez site, it just sends alerts to its members whenever new episodes are released. If you watch 10 series like me it becomes difficult to track new episodes being released, so this comes as a handy tool :P
 
They offer 2 options for downloading, one's torrent which performs google search and NZB which takes you to NZB index for search. They themselves are providing or benefitting from downloading torrents.
I guess you are ignoring the positive side :|
