Encode to html

Hi,

I have wrote a postmaker to submit quickly to wordpress but I have an error;

For the title if I write:

This is title - Some Post

it show as:

This is title – Some Post

How can I encode – and write in the right way that "-"?

This has to do with your site encoding..

Make sure wordpress is using the standard utf-8 encoding

Yes, it uses utf-8, infact I have problem only on post title; If I write on content post title, it writes correctly..

EDIT: I've resolve with:

html_entity_decode('some string', ENT_NOQUOTES, 'UTF-8');
