the actual thing is this website has got all articles and everythig done , now this site needs a owner which can promote and promote it and do regular seo thats it... i dont have time to do it so it will do great because its main keyword is employment and there is low competition on it so you can get it ranked easily.... :)

it is 2 year old site which is not been promoted and recently it is made to optimize for earning with affiliate and ads and articles all things done . so you only have to promote it ,and rest is already done .

IMO this thread is like those one endless page sale sites with their over exaggerating values (all bullshit) and comes with a ridiculous low price based on the value the say.
