Embedding xvideos vids on adult site

I saw loads of websites embedding xvideos clips. This seem like good way to make porn streaming site.
I'm interested to know if anyone here has done something like this before, and what hosting specs I should use to get decent streaming, without too slow videos?

I do this, with xvideos, redtube.com ect... I have a $30/month VPS at the moment because the site is about 2 weeks old. We will increase the plan as the traffic increases.
