We are looking for email lists. Any suggestion?

Buy a cheap website for the type of emails your looking for. eg if your looking for warez user emails buy a cheap warez site, if you want car enthusiasts buy a cheap car discussion forum as buying email lists is frowned upon. You'll have usernames, date of birth, age, gender etc. as well so you can target users better.

You could also approach a cash hungry site and pay them to send an email to it's members on your behalf.

Buying large email lists is pointless as most are dead, dormant or automated.

No it's not. Most forums have inbuilt mass email functions so you don't even have to extract the emails addresses. Just send the emails.

You can also export the usernames and emails in phpadmin to any format you want. You can export in txt file, sql, excel etc. Whatever you want.

it should also be noted that mail shots do not work. Personally, if i dont know the sender, i dont even open it. Most people adopt the same philosophy.
