email going to junk/spam folder

hello , im having problem with my board whenever i send email to users it goes to junk folder , i want it to go to inbox , wat to do ?

Look at one of the emails sent that end up in the spam and check the header information.
Compare it to a message header that does not end up in the spam and change your header from VB to match the ones that are not flagged.

I understood the first part but the second part went all over my head :O -.-

I seriously don't know how to fix it but try using some other email?
