Elio did the shit again

If you think you're funny, you're not. Guy clearly helped Elio because he believed him. One of the reasons he believed him is that he was Global Moderator here, and that he had permission from Administration to sell iPhone's. I don't know what's up with Elio, haven't seen him in Chatbox more than 3 days, whatever it is. It's not good at all, if he is a scammer. This time, moderators and administration are to blame. No one had this much time available to refund, or to give something that someone bought. Think before you post Loget...

well i have bad habit to give another chance and i refused him to do exchange but the way he asked me i could not deny, and Elio is a respected ranked person in this community right? you know that rank can effect many people here not only me
 
Lol @ Hawk. It's been a few months. If he can not do something simple in a few months and still continues to make deals, he has no right to be on the internet still holding people up for $500. He should wire the funds back.

In the last Scammer thread where be was ripping someone off he could not wire the funds because it was under $100 and refused to bump up what he owed to that amount after screwin the guy months. No reason here if he provides a refund.

I think you should stop trying to give me advice on how I post.
 
Why not mods giving him a 24 hrs ultimatum to reply or he'll be banned. Just because he is a respected member and a ex super mod, he is given privileges. I have seen many scam threads here, and the normal users are given a 24 hrs ultimatum right away if the OP have enough proofs. I think this is what called "Unintentional support to scammers" that Knowinserver was talking about in the shout box this morning.

it means you as administrator are responsible for his actions and he can do whatever he wants and still be a respected member.

Nobody should tell you what or how to post but people do think you should take this a bit more seriously as an admin. Their is clearly a lot of people unhappy from dealings with Elio and they need some guidance or reassurance from senior staff that it will be dealt with and the appropriate action will be taken.
