nice idea. will help out some people here that look for AP to PP, PP to MB, or whatever it might be.

but id make some huge ass thing saying if someone gets scammed its not your fault.
 
I love the Header thing. Change the Favicon.

And maybe add separate category for exchanges. Like all PayPal to AlertPay exchanges in one category and similar.

The Theme matches your concept. Overall a nice site.
 
Yes, we've two exchange sections there.

In Regular Exchange Zone, do deals at your own risk.
But if you do deal with members in Verified Exchange Zone, you are fully safe.
 
i still wouldnt say "fully secured" ... maybe steal the WJ concept and make "Respected Exchangers"

but still the case of a new person exchanging with a respected and the respected getting scammed.
 
Yeah, it can happen the other way. The new members will not get scammed because I can trust them (Trusted Exchangers) but Trusted Exchanger shouldn't get scammed too because he must be smart enough to do the deal.

And I am thinking of making a third section where I'll handle the exchanges myself with a bit of fee. So, full security to members.
