We dont have much network problems, we had some issues last year in october. They were solved and not caused by Anonymous at all. The network is running properly already for a long time, many customers can confirm this and our network traffic did grow with over 300% (!!) in the last 2 months.

We do not provide ddos protection on this Deal. But for a custom quote we can offer ddos protection with Cisco Guard.
OS reinstalls can be done through our customer portal by opening a support ticket. Our supportdesk is availible 24/7. Reboots are fully automatically.
