I have some suggestions:
1. Put a sample file on first post - for people to test download speed.

2. Maybe limit by amount of MB per hour? What if the files are like 20 MB each?

Also oxishare script is a customized script with a "make up" template using the code of another script (now deprecated due some vulnerabilities, the original coder no longer worked on it). So Kellin I cannot understand why you make promises about ftp, remote, stats and bla bla bla, when you perfectly knows this is a very basic script.

Also I advice you to consult a php coder because the php's core of that script is not 100% safe.
