He Sended Me $3 After Much Asking Question and i due to let night i am completed making database and uploaded few files and after wake up from the bed i saw that he is refunded money as well as changed password and and complain to paypal and i gaved fine to paypal for closing that

here is the proof that you are not eligible to receive payment.


first i send you $3 through paypal at 2:15 IST.

The deal was that u have to compleated the setup within one hour that means 3:00 IST.

But i have waited upto 12 hours. Upto 12:20 IST there was nothing done by you. I have sent you PMs several times but there was no response from you.

After that i made a complane at 12:29 IST for refund.

After refund request issued you are not tring to contact me.

Thats why I got refunded 8 days later.

Yes i said that i am not saying that i am not said and listen i am received your payment and after that i made your data base now think and also i said you ur work will done before 3PM IST and u said ok after that i got sleep and when i open my laptop at 2PM IST For installation of ur site said password wrong and i am also PMed you about this and when i got to my paypal i get that u refuned ur payment and i given paypal a fine amount.

Now Finish this topic as my mood is bad now because of my fathers illness
