Uhm, rapidshare.bz receive 900 to up 1500 uv from Google and this number is increasing daily..
If I were selling it, you have to pay at least $2500 by my premium domain name and a few hundred dollars for database + unique script

Just to let you know Google traffic doesn't mean nothing.
I would suggest you to buy a normal forum that uses Katz as main traffic source and work hard in SEO.

You will have a known site and it will be easier to catch guys to LE with you, build a good linkwheel and get more pages indexed

Do not spend "few k" of money into this. Buy a cheap one and work yourself isn't hard at all to gain Google Traffic.

16522 visitors this year from search engines, 5389 last month. I had in the past 300-600 visitors from SE, but as I'm out of time, I have almost abandoned this site, but still receive nice visitors from SE.
