Hello I want to share public torrent but I need a host/provider that allow these
does anyone know a good host/provider for this? and do seedbox provider allow public torrent? :?:

yes dude seedbox providers allow public torrent seeding
However public torrent are insecure , i mean you can easily be traced

The only hosts which normally allow public torrents are the ones when users upload legit stuff, not copyrighted stuff.

In the past i've tried afew providers and public torrents were blocked ( tested one ).

I've seen a lot of uploader who's still providing public torrent for almost a year now.

anyway I'm currently looking for a seedbox or VPS now.
do you know a host who you recommend with these feature and I also checked seednet which all their plans are out of stock.
 
@kaizer01 seednet.eu plans were out of stock because they were shifting their clients from OVH to NL. Now they are back to business and they keep adding slots
