Downloading from torrents and uploading to file hosts - what to use?

I woulda gone with VPS. In fact I have a VPS with RL and TF installed on it. WOrks perfectly (most of the time)

Good hosts for RDP are sborghost.com and buyrdp.com.

Perhaps others too, but I have experience with these two. Excellent support too.

If you want to seed look for a server that doesn't reboot every day or often. In a full month I've never seen BuyRDP go down or reboot the server.
