Change your dns.

usually a ISP will remove a sites listing from the domain name server to keep their users from accessing a site. By using an alternate dns you can work around this type of site blocking.

If your browser says it can not find a site it is most likely a dns issue from your ISP.

Get yourself a Rapidleech or something similar, download the files to the server, the download to your home.

Easy as pie.
