Don't Understand Why File Hostings Have Less Rates For Asian Countries

when downloads from Asia are not counted, in this case India, nothing from india is uploaded to filehosts, in this case Hotfile.. = No premium accounts.

So overall its all filehosts fault! :P

Which ad companies are you referring to? I guess you must mean those with "what's there to learn about the xxx market?" attitude. Then that's true.

USA traffic gets 100.000 downloads.. they buy 100 premium accounts, filehost gets $900
Asian traffic gets 100.000 downloads.. they buy 20 premium accounts, filehost gets $180.

Is the promotion being done by the same group of people employing the same strategy for both region? And again, Asia is a vast continent. I hope you don't mean Afghanistan by the above "Asian traffic".
 
Even if you're right - and with your awesome strategies you make the same money for filehosts with asia traffic as usa traffic, doesn't change the fact that most uploaders (who use mirrors on worldwide traffic for example) would still have the crappy downloads to premium sales conversions, thus overall giving low payout options.

And I wasn't referring to any country specific, but the average earnings in asia (all of it) is just much lower
 
That is because your so called "most uploaders" are from the same region as yourself and share the same mentality of "one size fit all". Those who makes money from different region have different practice. Targeting, customize, localize, are among the keywords. :)
