How can you give admin access to a total stranger? Admin access shouldn't be given to anyone no matter how busy you are to manage your site. If you are too busy, may be you should just sell your site.

I don't know much about forums but isn't there a way to deny mods permission to make any changes to threads in the guest section where your uploaders post Katz downloads? I am sure permissions can be changed to do that.
