It is 15 days that I paid for a premium account and since I'm not a download from my home. When I'm connect with a different IP (outside my home) I can download. I contacted several times rickyfs and the problem persists. I can't download since my home.
I will prevent paypal.

I tried google dns and open dns it does not change. Since my home I have to connect as a public wifi, and with this wifi I can download but the bandwitch is very low. When I connect me since my access provider I can't still download. I have the error message: "Your download could not be completed, Please try again later" error_code = 612

I think your IP blocked by fileserve...
Are you use dinamic IP or static ?
when dinamic, try restart ur internet connection to get new IP.
When Static, contact fileserve to unblock your IP here

Where do you live ? If you live in Turkey or something like that fileserve may has been suspensed by country due to dmca.
