Okay first, 3 months ago I took a web hosting at same networks. I had a lot of problems, the downtime was incredibly high and the customer service was total shit.
I paid my first bill, fine, I used the service but I asked to cancel my account because everything was down since 3 days. The support guy told me "Please wait give us a chance".
I was like.... WTF IS THAT. So I reply, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
The guy replied "As you wish"
After 2 months, my account still not cancelled and I still receive invoices. I'm really, really angry...
