Okay first, 3 months ago I took a web hosting at same networks. I had a lot of problems, the downtime was incredibly high and the customer service was total shit.

I paid my first bill, fine, I used the service but I asked to cancel my account because everything was down since 3 days. The support guy told me "Please wait give us a chance".

I was like.... WTF IS THAT. So I reply, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

The guy replied "As you wish"

After 2 months, my account still not cancelled and I still receive invoices. I'm really, really angry...

Move to WRZHost! haha

Shame you have that with a host, they use a whmcs, so just close your account with them, that will stop the emails.
 
Problem solved.

I told them that I will send all the emails and screenshots to the concerned authorities and they closed my account... wow.
 
would like to know what plan you have in wrzhost !!!

maybe youre in a dedicated server !... no way to compare a dedi or a vps with shared hosting ...

The only reason why you think they are bad is because you tried to hack their servers, they found out and stopped you.

To me you may think that they are bad, but from my point of view as a customer thats good!

Damn Scammers.

And I am on their Standard Shared hosting. YES there has been some downtime, but its always been for upgrades.

They recently installed a whole bunch of software on their servers, including some DDoS protection :P

Seriously check them out, they have a 7 day money back offer. their support although can be slow because of high ticket rates they always fix the problem within the hour of looking at the ticket, no matter what the problem is (normally takes 3 hours I find).

I would not trust any other host with my database.

Also for resellers they offer legal advice :S to me that seems like a pretty good offer :P but then again, I don't know much about it.
