i was away from town just got back home and checked i got payment due date warnings , so i quickly made a payment and after few mnts of payment my rl account is suspended , i opend a suport ticket no bloody staff in donkieleech is responding to it almost 10 hours sinc am staring for a reply , i could say isnt this unfair? i paid and account suspended and still no action taken

Dear customers,
We are experiencing low download speeds in all USA servers. As our datacenter was to perform network maintenance on all this week, we'll wait between 24 and 48 hours, if the problem persists we will contact them.
Please note that if the datacenter does not solve this problem, we will have to move to another and this will take time, we can not move all the servers in a day.
Also, since yesterday we have new Rapidleechs in France, good speeds to all filehosts in general. You can select the location in order process.
To consider: download from Hotfile in France servers is not possible because are banned, upload works fine.

Since i bought This USA RL its been a so disappointing for me.
But still i believe you guys resolve this problem very soon.

@carlc1993: You can change the language of client area in the footer.
@XdaniXw: If you have purchased the service for no more than 3 days, you can request cancellation and we will refund your payment because in this case is problem of our servers. Also you can request change to France server, send me PM with your client account or open ticket.
